Does anyone else have trouble hearing back from this dealer? I'm trying to settle a deal but can't get them to respond.

Do you mean Coughlin in Pataskala Ohio? I know Rick Conti is usually very busy and travels a bit. It took him 2-3 days to return my call and by that time, I had bought from another dealer, but he did call. He has an email too if you look on the website.

I bought my 2014 Laguna Blue convertible last year at this time from him. I had a great experience dealing with him. He is a straight shooter. Give him a chance he will get back to you. Reach him by e-mail "rickconti@coughlincars.com" or cell/tex740-739-8377.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this dealer and Rick Conti. I began dealing with him last May re: ordering a 2015 C7. I was part of a 2 car deal as a friend also ordered at the same time. Rick was extremely helpful when explaing the difference in the 1, 2, and 3LT options. Our orders were ultimately sent to GM the first day the factory was taking them. My car was built the second day of production #236. No money was given until the order was submitted to GM. We got a good deal that I couldn't have matched in SOCal. Delivery to my house was also no problem. He's a busy man but will deliver!

I didn't get Rick as my sales person but so far everything is going as planned. My Z06 just got there yesterday and we are finalizing the delivery time now. I was a little disappointed that the sales person wasn't made aware of the arrival of my order. So now I must wait another day to get her. All e-mails or texts were always answered with-in a day.

Rick is a very busy guy! But...he has always called me back and emailed me back. It might not be until the next day, but he does respond. You can't go wrong with buying from Rick.

My sales guy Nick Castorano was new to corvette sales in January but when I picked my Z06 Friday the 13 he has learned a lot and is very helpful. Only time I had problems getting him was on his day off other wise he got on the line once paged. I think this is one of the best dealerships I have been to in years on the sales side of the house. Will know about service in a couple of weeks.

I bought my '14 from Rick in December and I will say he is one busy guy. I can't believe the volume of calls and emails he got while I was there.

I agree, try his assistant (name??) as a good backup.

I just bought a new vettte from Rick on Thursday. It was a great experience and highly recommend buying from him. He is really busy, but responds quickly if you text or call him.
