Nav working now
The chevy dealer replaced the HMI for the Nav.
Job sheet.
Attempted to update the software for HMI but failed. Need to check HMI CKT and found good signals to the module. HMI has internal failure. Replaced HMI assembly and programmed. Nav now working.
I even had my oil changed for 500 miles.

Interesting. I had an HMI replaced when my audio system (with navigation) stopped recognizing the presence of media (flash drive and memory card). I wonder if it's the same part as what was replaced in your car? In my case the navigation system worked fine but media wasn't detected.
