Default DSOM with Rim Stripes

I recently installed 1/8" wide rim stripes by Tapeworks on my Z51. It breaks up the black wheel and black tire. What does everyone think? Color is Orange Metallic 007 and the color was an almost exact match.

In general I'm not a fan of rim tape, but this looks really nice. Very subtle. I'm getting the silver wheels on my DSOM, but if I had ordered black I would do this, too.

Well done. I like it!

I have a kit to add red stripes to mine as soon as it warms up a bit more.

I like it, just as others have said. well done. Have red stripes on my Cyber Gray Coupe and get lots of positive comments.

Here is a pic of mine.

I personally am not a fan of black wheels or DSOM, but i think it looks solid. Nice job.
The CG/red stripes look good too.

Just ordered the same from TapeWorks. Thanks for the idea and pics. I just bought a Z51 DSOM coupe from Kerbecks. Ships Monday. Can't wait.

You will need the stripes for a 24" wheel. You will get 7 stripes in the kit. I needed 2 for practice. Also by the Stripe It All tool. Total for me was just under $50.

The seams lined up very easily with the Stripe It All tool. These have a very slight overlap. Maybe 1/16". I am very careful washing because I don't want scratches in the paint. I have had a similar stripe on my SUV for 10 years and they still look good. They are not exposed to break dust though. Cost for all was under $50.

I love the fact it defines the wheel so it becomes more visible. Well done....
