The movements in between seems to run like clock work based on your 2000 date for 3000 and it seems the rest (3100-3400) are backed into based on your TPW.
3800 is based on your TPW (mostly, and when the database is updated)
That said this thread should give buyers an idea.
I started this thread b/c I have seen many "what can I expect" threads, answered by "it depends". Those buyers can come here and glean any information they desire.
Would you agree with this?

With your build completion on 24 March, what was the earliest offered NCM pickup date?
The museum CAN NOT set up a date until the car is released AND Shipped, to the museum. Yes it too rides the back of a transport for the .75 miles to the museum. The museum will tell you to plan 2 weeks from Production to Delivery.
First, There are many things that can hold your car at the plant. If it fails the numerous QC areas in the plant with something that cannot be fixed on the line, it will be delayed. If it is pulled to go through post production QC it will be delayed. If it fails the water test or road test it will be delayed. So once it is released for shipment (code 4000)...the clock ticks.
Second, they will only ship full trucks to the museum...so you need 10 other cars to be ready for the museum... if you are number 1 you have to wait for 10 more museum deliveries in order for Jack Cooper to move you. The transport company MUST move your car within 10 days after 4000.
Third, the museum only has so much room for cars. They have to be able to accept a truckload of cars.
Fourth, They also have deliveries in front of you. They also have to PDI your car. That will take 4 hours if not more (my guess).
That said I chose the 17th b/c of plant blackouts and personal timing. I believe I could have waited in BG and picked mine up today or Monday, but that was ONLY possible b/c my car had no issues and must have been car number 10 or 11 for the truck.
So this is a long, and hopefully educating, answer to your question, but it depends on many factors of which nobody has singular control. I know they had 65 cars that are waiting to be R8C delivered and the museum MAY have a deal with the plant to hold them out back and not ship them within that 10 days...
Sorry I can't give you a definite date, but I hope this helps...
