Maintenance Items...

During our 4, now 5, "Free" oil changes within 24 months at the dealer, besides the oil & filter change, do they do the following "recommended" services:

Action: Description
Inspect/Adjust/Change Rotate Tires
Inspect/Adjust/Change Replace engine oil and filter
Inspect/Adjust/Change Lubricate chassis components
Inspect/Adjust/Change Inspect brake system
Inspect/Adjust/Change Lubricate body components
Inspect/Adjust/Change Inspect suspension component
Inspect/Adjust/Change Inspect steering system
Inspect/Adjust/Change Inspect restraint system components
Inspect/Adjust/Change Inspect fluid levels
Inspect/Adjust/Change Inspect cooling system hoses and clamps
Inspect/Adjust/Change Inspect air cleaner/element

I know we don't rotate tires. But does the other items included when they do the oil changes...?

Actually the manual recommends tires be rotated side to side every 7500 miles.

My dealer has a checklist that they give me after my oil changes and the things you listed are all checked off as being inspected.

Ditto on that. Had my first Mobil 1 oil change today (Grey Chev, Port Orchard, WA) and part of the paperwork was a full in-color sheet of checked items. They even explained why they didn't inspect the disc brakes at this low mileage (2200). They washed the car and said see you at around 7000. Of course, that's up to me but it sounds right.
