Default Wind Restrictor or Vettenet for C7

Hi Gang,

I'm looking for some kind of wind blocker for my C7 rag top. I don't want to drill any holes or anything for installation. Does anyone have any experience of opinion about either of these items or any other one for that matter?

Thanks

Aboud

I am interested in this also. We are going to order a 2016 convertible. Does anyone out there have a Wind Restrictor installed in their C7?

Yes. I have had a vette net on my c5. It was a pain in the butt. I
Had a wind Restrictor for my c6. It was great. You can leave it in and the top can go up or down and since it is clear acrylic visibility is perfect. The vette net darkened the view. I just put a wind restrictor on my c7 and it is even better. It is mounted with adhesive. No drilling or modification. Takes 5 minutes. It works great as well. You leave it in as well. Hope that helps. Some on the forum will say it is not needed on the c7. Everyones tolerance for wind, wife's hair concerns and height of the driver (I am 6'4") will be different so evaluate their input accordingly.

I bought a wind restrictor from windrestrictor.com in Texas for my C7 Z51 vert.

No holes to drill and everything fastens with Velcro tape. they have a number of standard logos that light up or you can order a custom one.

Mine has a rechargeable battery that lasts for hours.

My wife says it doesn't mess up her hair like it use to. You can leave it installed with top up or down.

Works very well. A little pricey, but its only money.

I had the wind restrictor in my C6. It creaked and groaned a lot. Does the new model do that?

Here I thought the creaking & groaning was my wife.

No, there is no creak or groaning.
