Buy Back cars

Anyone know how to use the VIN# of a buyback to find out what the issues were?

Possibly Carfax (if the servicing dealer didn't hide it) but a dealer has to (is supposed to?) foreclose that info to a purchaser.

Go to any GM dealership and run the vin#
