Machine faced black wheels

Machine face wheels seem to be mostly overlooked as an option with the majority going full black or full chrome.
IMO the MF look very classy adding just enough flash to accent the car without looking like the car is hubcap-less.
Naturally some color cars look very nice with full black or full chrome too while other benefit more with the machine face wheels. Just depends on the person and whether their taste resides solely in their mouth.

Until I was "constrained" out of a VY C7, I had ordered the all black wheel. When I reluctantly, but wisely, changed to DSOM, I elected for the MF wheels. The DSOM color looks different depending on light and I thought the color needed the "pick up" of the MF wheels (I am not a chrome wheel guy!) as opposed to the all black wheel.
I think all of the pictures on this thread with MF wheels look great and reinforce my decision to get them.

Thanks for posting this picture of your car. This is exactly what I ordered! Including the red calipers. Built on 3/26. Still waiting. Car has been on the train for awhile and hoping it arrives this week. Have not seen a Black car with MF wheels yet. I was second guessing myself after I ordered. Glad I didn't change my mind. Car looks AWESOME! The wait is killing me though.......

An even bolder decision was the "Inferno Orange" racing stripes! Good for you. I think it looks good and it's unique. My DSOM will have the MF wheels and the "Blade Silver" racing stripe. Delivery, hopefully, will be next week.
