They may say Mobil 1 instead of DEXOS, but never seen one that says Mobil 1 ONLY. You really think that would stop anyone from putting in whatever they normally use?
Even though Mobil 1 may be the oil of "preference" by some Corvette owners, the dealer is probably going to use the GM Dexos blend unless you request Mobil 1.
Just curious, do any of the engines, including the Z06, still have a Mobil 1 filler cap from the factory?
