Customer Service help needed
My understanding is that GM allows 4 free oil changes within 2 years for a non Z51 and allows 5 free oil changes for the Z51 models.
I have had 1 free oil change on my 2014 Z51 and my dealership is telling me that I am only entitled to 3 more according to their workbench report.
I advised them that the Z51 is to receive 5 oil changes and they said they are aware of that but can only do a total of 4 because of the workbench and claim they would not be paid by GM if they did the 5th.
Is there a problem with GM's workbench that can be corrected for not recognizing the 5th oil change for Z51's?
