PDR picture

Should you be able to see what the PDR is capturing as you operate the car? My screen is black when I hit record so you can't see what it's recording. However, when you hit play back it shows what you have captured.

Thanks Mike. I guess I don't have an issue after all. I still need to have them update the PDR to enhance the picture.

I have heard that when they update to enhance the picture you will lose the recording of audio. I do not want to lose the audio, so am avoiding the update.

If someone who had the update can confirm?

I can't imagine anyone watching what they are recording, or fumbling with their radio, phone or navigation can you......let along rubber necking for police while stretching her legs just a tad😎
