Any ideas why my car was produced on 5/18 but hasn't shipped yet? Or is that normal?

I wish I knew sir. Mine was complete on the 21st, shipped the 23rd, and delivered the 27th. I think that's probably close to a "best case" scenario for Houston.

I hope you get yours soon.

Hard to say. The haulers carry 10-11 cars and it could be that they haven't had a full load going that direction yet?

Here's a load pulling out of the factory last Wednesday (5/20):

Many cars are headed to TX. I got word today that mine should arrive tomorrow or Friday, about 7 days from production.

It must be the same reason mine hasn't either.

On 5/21 I was informed the car was produced and in "quality inspections". I'm not sure if that was standard QC or something above and beyond. As of today the car is still waiting for shipment.

Considering the weather this week in TX, it's not such a bad thing to have the car delayed a little bit longer. It wouldn't be too cool to take delivery and immediately drive through a severe T-Storm.

Congrats to all who have taken delivery!

Huffines had it as of about noon today too!

Somewhat ironically (and no fault to GM or the dealer), I can't pick it up until Monday...

Well, ladies and gentlemen, I'll be out of the club after work today. She came in yesterday and picking her up today.

Slowest. Workday. Ever!
