I hate to say it, but your dealer is, in all likelihood, lying to you. The factory would not cancel these from your order. Most likely, the dealer failed to include them on your order.
I'm thinking the dealer forgot to order it and is blaming the plant? I ordered carbon flash badges and mirrors and spoiler and all went well. Car built on 12/15/14.
Forum vendors sell the package for around $100 or so and if you don't feel comfortable doing it yourself you can get a body shop to do it for cheap...
Same here. Ordered carbon flash mirrors, spoilers and badges on 2015 Z51. Car was built April 6th. No problems. No constraints. Sounds like your dealer forgot to add them to your order, so they weren't on your build sheets.
Ask for your build sheets. That will point you in the right direct as to who is really at fault.

Very nice and tempting, but almost $15 on shipping seems a bit high.
It depends on your location from us. Our website is setup to calculate exact shipping costs from our location to your location, no pie in the sky numbers, so it is what it is.
Put these on my Artic White and they really changed the look of the car. More aggressive, less mid life crisis chrome. I picked mine off the lot since they had exactly what I wanted and negotiate to order them and have the dealer install for free. I'm sure you can talk with them and have them install them for free and bite the $100 bullet. Unless you already paid for the badges on your order and in that case I would call GM and have them straighten out the dealer. Good luck
That is a good option that they are available individually - I removed all but the front and rear flags so if someone wanted to debadge all except those two, they don't have to buy a whole set that is not needed.
My dealer got them for me and put them on,at a price. But,I am happy and they really look good,much better than chrome. My photo does not show them.
I just missed them at order time.

Have the carbon flash badges ever been on constraint? Dealer is taking lemons and making lemonade. If you're gonna screw up you might as well make $300 while screwing up.
