Default Wheel spacers

If I move my wheels out with 9mm (5/16 +) Spacers do I need to get extended studs? I would have about 5/8" of stud left to attach the lug nuts.

Why? Moving the wheels farther away from the hub just puts more stress on the studs. Don

General rule of thumb is any spacer over 5mm size and you should definetly get extended studs. So the answer is yes.

I would try and not use spacers at all.

I have 3 mm spacers to get a bit more space between my forgelines and the caliper, as I do long distance, no change in lugs or car behavior. Done 5000 miles ago. Thanks to Ben at weaponx.....

Thx Glen

Yes you'd want to use extended studs with 9mm. With 6mm you can use the ET lug nuts with our spacers though.

Because some of us don't like the sunken in look of the factory wheels and prefer a more aggressive fitment.
