My car has been down all winter getting a turbo kit fabbed up and never got it finished so the car was put back to stock. Everything is connected and the windows work, lights work , hatch opens but the dash lights wont come on and the doors won't open. The car will not start or do anything , what could be wrong? Anti theft mode? Any ideas will help! Thanks

You have a dead battery most likely. Yes I know you said the radio/lights turn on but there is most likely not enough juice to start the car. Especially if you did not have a battery tender connected for this entire time.
These cars like all the vets from C5/C6 have residual battery drain and you can have a dead battery as quickly as a few weeks.
Replace the battery or try jumping the battery (use caution and follow manual instructions)
Also, the fuses at the battery in the trunk may have been disconnected or were blown in some assembly/disassembly process. There are a few of them bolted directly to the battery terminals.
