Tinted Tail Lights!
Got a lil bored over the weekend!
Had the car for less than a week.. yesterday I ordered a CAI intake, headers, catless xpipe, Z06 skirts, lip, grill, rear quarter vents, radar blendmount and a diablew tune
Figured I'd save a few bucks on the tail lights.
Picked up some Rustoleum tail light paint (reversible) ~ $10
Did one layer, very very light since I simply wanted a light smoked look.(cops here in the DMV area are a pain)
I feel like they came out pretty good!
Didn't have any tools with me so I left the lights on the car, worked out pretty good.. the finish is still pretty smooth.

Not too dark. Perfect. I've use VHT Nite Shade in the past with good results, and will allow light to pass through. Never used the Rustoleum version. How is it reversable? Maybe tint the rear reflectors as well?

this may sound weird. put some gasoline on a towel and wipe the tinted tail lights down. Comes off like magic and will not hurt anything.
