Default PDR Question

So I track my car and I have the PDR. Are you not able to use the timing for auto crosses to get your times? When you define the finish it only starts when you cross the finish. Any help would be great. I have looked on YouTube and got no where. Thanks

Don't know if you can get it to auto time your course - as you mention, the end and start are not not the same. Can you see the finish on the video? The time is shown on the video. Not "exact" though. Perhaps someone who has autocrossed their PDR equipped vette can chime in with a better solution. I have only autocrossed the Miatas.

As far as I can tell, yes, it is tracking laps, which it tracks every time you pass the marked spot. So I don't think it will do what you want.

Not what it was designed for. As Jay said, it is for "lap" times from a GPS spot you set.

You might be able to trick it, go through the finish line and mark it, then stop it, now restart the PDR when you get ready to run and stop it after the finish. When you play it back in Cosworth it will show a Outlap that will be your run, however, not real accurate because of start up time in the PDR - Just a thought.
