Default Infotainment screen locking procedures
has anyone else found out how to lock the infotainment screen other than setting the valet mode which is most inconvenient. why can't it lock whenever the doors lock? Please advise infotainment manual only speaks of valet mode infotainment customer service is 0 help

Why can't it? Because Chevy didn't build it that way. Sucks, but that's the way it is. Use valet mode, or don't leave anything valuable in the cubby.
