Z06 splitter revisited
Haven't been on the forum in quite some time. Last I checked months ago people were going crazy over the low-cost Z06 (plastic) splitter. Though it wasn't easy to get ahold of.
Are they much easier to acquire now and where is the best place to order. Typically I'd go with Cultrag but they were charging quite a bit for shipping alone on the inexpensive part.

Get it from the dealer. That's where I got mine.

C7 Jake - were those easy to install on a non-Z06? I have been admiring the ones from various vendors but they sure are pricey, those are much more in line. I can hear every pebble the tires pick up it seems like. Kind of hard to tell in the pic, are those side skirts the Z06 shape?

You reuse existing fasteners AND have the option to use scrivets or the SUPPLIED pop-rivets for the additional fastener locations added. I used the pop-rivets and the whole installation was done in 15 minutes.

Haven't been on the forum in quite some time. As much as things change I see one thing still remains the same. Read three different threads and I see that C7Jake still jumps at EVERY opportunity to post multiple photos of his car in each one. Ask about a splitter and you get photos of the splitter and everything else. Ask about the rear end and you get photos of the splitter and everything else!!! LOL. LOL

Update on the splitter?
Its easy and cheap to get. I ordered from the same Houston dealer that many are posting about, but they shipped it to me. I think it was $120 after tax and shipping.
It looks nice and protects the front end from scrapes.
IMO don't waste your time painting it. Its plastic, it will get scuffed, and already looks good.
10/10 would do again.
