MAM Technical Difficulties
Hello all!
I apologize if you've been having trouble getting trough to our call center this morning, a storm caused a power outage for a few hours last night and all of our servers and phone lines were not responding this morning. We've been at an unfortunate stand still all day! Our IT department is working hard at getting us back in order. We should HOPEFULLY be back up and running here within the hour.
I sure hope so, it's really hard to make these posts from my phone! Check back here for any further updates!

Well here is one heck of an update! Turns out I lied, the storm was not the actual source of the power outage. Upon investigation, workers discovered the charred remains of a snake. Yes, a SNAKE. 
Apparently, this little fella found his way into a substation and got into something he shouldn't have!
Let's take a moment to pay respects to the adventurous little guy.

Looks like we're not out of the woods yet! 
No snake pun intended it looks like our phone lines are still having some issues! If you need to place an order, the website is up and running fine. We are able to process online orders at this time, but that is it until the phone situation is resolved. There is a high likelihood that the phones may be down for the rest of the day and possibly part of tomorrow morning. Please, if you have any questions, feel free to contact me!
