Very interesting! Never saw that concept before. Looks safe as well. Only need one jack however a lot more money than two $60 jacks and jack stands under the GM cradle jack points.
In fact I used a combo old scissor jack and low profile hydraulic jack until I recently bought the other low profile hydraulic jack when it was on sale. I liked the idea that I did not have to be sure the jack rolled under the car to keep the proper alignment of the jack saddle with with the jack pad/puck.
