Painted body color on the 2015, but you may have a choice in the 2016 model.

I have a non-Z51 Corvette C7 1LT. What you see below is the ZF1 Appearance Pkg that was offered on the 2015 MY.

No - they all get the "narrow spoiler", which is the 3rd brake light.
The Z51 & Z06 receive blade spoilers that fit around that "narrow spoiler".
