Too bad, but it's not like it was a quiet neighboorhood anyway with the interstate so close. Loud enough to cause a migraine; I doubt it but I can understand it being an aggravation especially at times when the wind is right etc. Supporters need to begin buying up that neighborhood. The additional property could be utilized I'm sure, maybe condos and private garages like Spring Mountain.

NCM has already publicly admitted they didn't follow through on the noise abatement plans they agreed to as a condition of getting permits for construction. No one to blame but themselves in this case. If you say you're going to do something to mitigate the noise, and don't do it, the neighbors have a right to complain.
