YES....sort of......it lists all the STANDARD equipment (stii that EVERYONE gets, i.e. manual transmission)...... then if you look closely at your sticker....it also shows that transmission as a option, the A8.

Wow, if that were actually done, taking a C7 with A8 and changing the axle ratio to 3.42, a 41% increase in gearing? Smoking the tires through 3rd gear??? Don

If you could do it, you could probably pull stumps out of the back yard, too.

Turns out that the M7 with 3.42 rear end actually is taller (lower total gear ratio, engine to wheels) than A8 with 2.41 rear end.

gear M7 total A8 total
1 2.66 9.11 4.56 10.99
2 1.78 6.10 2.97 7.16
3 1.30 4.45 2.08 5.01
4 1.00 3.42 1.69 4.07
5 0.74 2.53 1.27 3.06
6 0.50 1.72 1.00 2.41
7 0.42 1.45 0.85 2.05
8 ----- ----- 0.65 1.57
rear 3.42 ----- 2.41 -----
