Check to make sure your memory card is all the way in. Pull it out and then push it back in again to insure it is seated properly. Worth a try??

I had same problem initially. SD card had to be replaced after a faulty battery in our new 2015 vette was replaced; Radio Shack stated the battery failure damaged SD card. Try to find someone with a corvette that has a PDR and see if your card works there; if not, you need a new SD card - problem solved.
Hope that helps.

I'm having the same issue. I push the PDR icon on the main screen and all I get is a black, blank screen.

It did work before and I did try pulling SD card out and back in.

I would think that if it was an SD card issue, you'd still be able to get to the PDR screen.

I had the same problem, worked OK then the black screen.

I got it working again by re-formating the SD card.

SD cards can be finicky and need reformatting or replacing from time to time.

OK, I pulled the SDcard (Sandisk Ultra 32GB), put it in my computer and it worked fine. I've only recorded 2 times and have 27.0 of 27.9 free. I reformat anyway, made sure I reinstall while car is running, but still black, blank screen when I push the PDR icon. Ejected and reinstalled several time to no avail.

It goes in tomorrow for oil change and the PDR update, maybe the update will fix things......I hope.

Hi, thanks to all advices. What I find out it was a very hot temperature outside. It was 36 C; when I live my car at a parking lot with a Vale on, after about 30 minutes in my garage with open windows the PDR starts operating normal, so I have decided to check that again. Took vette out on open sun lefted windows closed and put my PDR in Vale mode and live it for 10 minutes, when I came back same story , PDR not working. Today temperature drop down to 24 C, did same think for 5 times and everything works just fine, not sure if someone have expiriance a heat problem with PDR, but in my case very hot temperature outside Is definitely making my PDR to stop working.

Well, the conclusion is, working with GM engineering, that the screen needs to be replaced. This doesn't make much sense to me since the screen works fine for everything else..

We shall see.

Picked up the car for the weekend so in my garage.....

But GM must really think it is the screen as they overnighted a new one to the dealer to arrive on Monday........I'll post the results.

New screen installed today and the PDR works again. Apparently, there are a lot of electronics built into the screen assembly and the input failed.

Had the update done also....haven't had a chance to use it, but will give it a shot.

Done with this issue.

I shudder to think what that would have cost without a warranty.

Joining the list of C6 (2007) owners whose time went blank on the navigation system. I did not change the battery or disconnect it. I just disappeared along with the GPS time as well. Everyone else on the Radio and Navi work fine. I am guessing we still waiting on GM for a fix
