Opinions on an idea...

Hey guys, I've been debating adding some Kalahari parts to my 3LT Black interior. Keep in mind, I went with jet black because I did not want Kalahari seats.
What I'm thinking of adding is the dash pieces, (both driver side and passenger " swoops"), center console side and console lid, and grab handle.
What are your guys thoughts on this? The car is Torch Red. I'm open to any ideas, comments. I'm just looking for honest answers here. Thank you.

I honestly cannot conceptualize the look in my mind. Choices like the one you are considering are very often a matter of personal taste. That being said, I'm not sure any opinions other than yours will matter in the end.

I think it would look odd with black seats and just certain trim pieces kalahari. To me the seat color is the centerpiece of an interior color.

Ordered the following parts from GMWholesaleDirect.com Trim Pad, Upper Molding, Finish Panel. The color of the trim pieces determines the price. The red trim pieces costs the most. I paid, including shipping, a total of $652.00 for these parts. These are in the grey trim. GMWholesaleDirect.com had the best prices after I had checked with several other discount OEM part suppliers. If you go to their site the trim pieces are under the Body section, then go to Instrument Panel Components. I purchased the center console/armrest from the dealer for $152.00, but you probably can get it cheaper from GMWholesaleDirect. Had an upholstery shop install the Upper Molding and Finish Panel for $80.00 and the dealer installed the Trim Pad for $150.00. Total for parts and installation $1,034.00

I think that it would add some class to your car. A custom two tone interior, kind of European in flavor. I love the Kalahari and believe that what you are talking about would be really nice. DO IT!

I think it looks great, but keep in mind this is essentially what the 2016 3LT Kalahari interior will look like (except for the seats and door arm rests). So if you are going for a custom look, it won't be.
Well now that I read my comment, I guess it would be sort of custom. LOL.
