No, it's not hard to find her email. The internet is your friend. Can't tell you how many times I found CEO email and it almost always works. Company officers have senior CSR's that can accomplish almost anything.. Over the years I have received thousands of dollars by simply searching with the email domain and the CEO's name. All large companies use a standard, you just need to find it.

Some of the company CEO's I've sent nice emails expressing concern about something are below:

Best Buy( new fridge after 2 years, 2 new tablets after a year, over 1000 in GC's)
Verizon Wireless ( Multiple phone upgrades a year at no cost)
AAA(563 dollar reimbursement for tow)
APC (12k in damages to equipment due to a failed UPS)
Samsung(New 65" TV after 2 years)
Ford (Replaced 2010 Explorer for new 2012 due to no start issues the dealer could not fix)
Amazon (free 250 car jack)
Lazyboy (100% credit after 18 months on a 4k sofa)

You just need to stay calm and explain your case. If you do it right, it works.
The only complaint that I was never able to resolve was with Comcast.
