Default Viewing PDR Files

I am having issues viewing PDR files on my PC. I'm using a 128gb, 80mbs, SD/XC car formatted FAT 32.
I have no problems viewing the recorded files in the car. But I can not find the files on the SD card when inserted in my PC (using a USB card reader).
Thinking that I may have been guilty of shutting down the car before hitting 'stop recording', I went out this afternoon and tried to create three files by having the card inserted in the slot on start up (of the car). Then I hit 'record', drove around and hit 'stop record' before shutting down (the car).
I still can not find the any files on the card. I also downloaded the Cosworth Toolbox and it doesn't see the files either.
Has anyone run across this problem and can you spot the error of my ways?
Thanks in advance.

Never had the problem. Can you read other SD cards in the PC? Most likely a problem with the reader or the PC.

Sounds like PC issues or lack of understanding the PC. The Cosworth Toolbox is awesome BTW. Without knowing anything about you how well do you understand a PC and getting around enough to find the SD card?

The pc sees the card and lists it as an active drive. It shows one file, a kind of system file, on the card. Just none of the pdr mp4s.
Sound like a reader issue?

Seems like it. Some older readers don't handle over 32gb properly.

The reader is relatively new. So I took the card and readers to vis it the Geek Squad.
Like me, they could see the card but not the files. The geek said that he did see a warning message that said windows did not support the file extension. Wtf!
So I called Chevy customer service. They suggested that I take it to the dealer. That's the dealer who wasn't able to perform the pdr update because they didn't have an SD card!
It's driving me crazy trying to get this working.

I haven't tried a 128gb card- and I don't use windows much- but what happens if you open the windows media player- will the player see the files?

Do you know anybody with a mac that could try it out?

Media player didn't see the files. Tried my wife's MAC, and it didn't seem to work either, but I'm mac expert
So I'm off to another computer shop to try to get help. Stay tuned.
