Default C7r pkg.

Mike, do you know if the C7.R pkg is under-restraint? My order has been in since August 1st and my production code is stuck at 3,000 with a TPW of Nov. 9th. I am also concerned about GM raising pricing again in November, do you know anything about that?

</p><p>The C7.R Package (RPO ZCR) is listed in the Online Order/Reference Guide as &quot;Late Availability&quot;. The fact that you are at 3000 means you are past any constraint issues. Historically, since you have an existing order, which I assume is in your name as a Retail Sold order, GM will price protect the order against any future price increase.</p>

Sad to see Long Beach Red is still in very limited production. Hopefully that changes soon!

I hope your right. I questioned the dealer about this but they have not responded. The order was placed by the dealer the first week of August. I put down a deposit on the order shortly thereafter. We agreed on sale price of MSRP, but they could not quote a price. They also said it would be delivered in Sept, which is not the case. I am waiting to hear back from my salesmen regarding pricing and guarantee Thanks.

Oops, when this thread was bumped to the top yesterday I didn't even notice the date was so old. Good to see there is no constraint on Long Beach Red, that's the color I want if the boss (my wife!) will let me pull the trigger on a new one sometime in the next year

I'm a little confused by this. If your event code is 3000, it's odd that your TPW would be November 9th; it's been my experience that TPWs normally are 4 to 6 weeks out from the time they're assigned. I'm not disputing what you're saying, just stating that I've never heard of a TPW being so far into the future. Maybe it has to do with the fact that your car is a C7.R. If you'd like, PM your order number to me and I'll be happy to verify your event code and TPW.

Default c7r orders

Does anyone know from GM why C7R orders placed in August are stuck at production code 3000 with a TPW for early November when many 2016 ZO6's at production code 3000 move onto delivery in four to six weeks?

</p><p>I think the answer is very simple. They simply aren't making them yet.&nbsp;Until today, the C7.R has&nbsp;been listed as &quot;Late availability&quot; in the Online Order/Reference Guide. Today the Guide was updated:</p><p>
</p><p><strong>Effective 9/14/2015, the following changes will be made to the Vehicle Order Guide:</strong></p><p>Z06 Exterior section-(ZCR) C7.R Special Edition, removed &quot;Late availability&quot; from footnotes 1 and 2</p><p>
</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
