Default Missing Part?

Can anyone tell me what part is missing from this picture?

The car did come back from service like 2 weeks ago, I noticed the corner was lifted up so I lifted the carpet and this foam was upside down, so I flipped it over and saw something was missing.

One comes on the Euro models. I ordered one from a vender here to have in the car just in case I need a tow so the tow truck driver does not hook a cable under the car to pull it on to the flatbed and end up messing up the front bumper because my car is so low.

Torque wrench for nut behind the wheel goes there. It's pretty obvious why you didn't get one.

Karlba and Hairball are correct. The one additional piece of info you may be interested in.
The threads are metric and have a machined pitch that is different then tow hooks for other cars. Hairball where did you order your tow hook.

That is usually where you will find the capless funnel adapter when needing to fill the car with a portable gas can. It should discuss this item in your owners manual.

Until sometime in the later part of MY 2015 production, Stingrays did not come equipped with the tow hook mounting points. Be sure you have the receivers before you buy a tow hook.

Agreed. I don't believe any 2014's were tapped for the tow hook. (The boss is there but not tapped).

My car was built September 2015, so was I supposed to get one? Or no one in the US got this?

You never get one, just some later cars have the thread receptacle for it.
