Good luck with Chevy chat. On July 16 Chevy chat told me my car was available for transport but there was no carrier available yet. The trouble is, my car was delivered to my dealer on July 10.

Or you can call the dealer you ordered your car from and ask them to email you the order status report each week. Dealers do have the ability to assist their customers and should do so for Corvette customers!
