Default Bad repair/good outcome

Went to the dealer to have a tire replaced.(No rim damage bubble on side of tire). I had road hazard so no cost there as car had around 300 miles. It took a couple of days for the tire to come in and when it did I brought down the "new car". Before leaving the dealer I checked the tire and rim. Brand new rim had score marks down to the metal. I went inside and brought the service rep out to look at it. He looked at it and said they would make it right. Next day new rim on/old new rim off. I think it is great they made it right, but how in the hell did it leave the shop that way. All is good in the Vette world again!!

Glad they made it right for you, but they never should have given it to you damaged in the first place. I am sure the installer knew he damaged the wheel.

They just wanted to see if they could get away with it.
