Love A/C. Not a fan of baking in the sun. Like the lines of the car much better with it on. If they made a non-removable Top C7 for a few thousand less...I'd be all over it.

At least once a week, more often now that it's cooling off.

Usually at night, sometimes on my way home and to work. Obviously if it's clear, but a little cloudy is actually better.

Maybe, it was a huge selling point for me.

I've owned the car since 2/1/14 and the top has been off twice... Two parades, easier to throw candy and beads etc. with the top off.
Usually summers in TX are to hot to be topless, especially if you are in traffic or stopping at a lot of lights. (And summer in TX is about 6 months long it seems.)

I like having it out because it makes it easier to get in the car. I could have cared less that the car came with that feature, but I have been using it more with the top out.

Not often enough.

It's been a hot summer in SC. I've only had the top off once since late May. Cooler weather is coming and I will go topless more. I promise!!

1. i remove the top often I would estimate I drive at least 50% of the time with the roof off
2. Around town especially in the evenings. I tend to put the roof on for highway driving of any distance but the wind buffeting is very mild compared to my convertibles
3. If the C7 did not have a removable top I would not have bought it

The young man who may have had CP loved the car and asked if I had many tix. I said no, of course.

The problem was the parking lots were all dirt and tiny loose gravel which, of course found it's way inside the Vette.

The plus side is I cleaned the interior when we got home, washed the car and installed 2 of the little "O" rubber rings on the two posts when I reattached the roof. Adding a little dielectric grease silenced the "snap, crackle and pop" at least for yesterday.

It was a glorious day and we enjoyed the open air.
Going to Szaley's is one of my favorite rides in the Vette

I would have bought the convertible if the coupe didn't have a removable top. The fact that the top is removable got me to buy the coupe instead of the convertible; I was on the fence. I like the extra space and looks of the coupe. Top-up convertible is not very appealing to me nor is the lack of trunk space but, between a fixed roof coupe and convertible - no brainer. I'd go convertible.

In Los Angeles, it never gets too cold for me to keep the top off (just crank up the heater). At work and at home, it's parked in a garage, so I only put it up if I park somewhere else (don't like to bake the interior in the sun or tempt fate).
If the top didn't come off, I would have bought the convertible, but the extra space in the coupe's trunk comes in handy when I load my guitars and amp in there.
I had a Cadillac XLR, and it was much windier with the top off (but more convenient). When I got out of the XLR with the top down, even for a couple of minutes at low speed, it looked like I was in a hurricane.

How often do you remove the removable top?

Only once, so far. The removable top was on the car when I bought it from the dealer. Don't know if I would have ordered it as an option. However, I do think I will use it more often next summer. I did like the ride when it was off.

C6 top was off twice in 5 years. C7 top has not been off since I bought it 2 years ago. I'd prefer a fixed roof coupe.

1) Very Seldom
2) When it's not to hot, cold (it's not often too cold), when pine pollen is not in the air (lasts about a month), when not a lot of bugs, when my rear will accept sitting on an hot plate when I get back in and whenever I want wind blowing on me and don't mind not hearing music that I always have turned on (that's not very often!)
3) Absolutely-hope my 2019 GS comes with a fixed roof!

Ditto, that's why I buy a coupe.
(Top has never been off except for the creaky roof repair, had dual roofs with C6, transparent roof sat under a bed, never to be used).
If I wanted a vert, I'd have bought one.

Top removed about 20% of the time. Comes off when it's sunny, not too windy and temp is under 90 degrees F. Easier to do than with the C6's non-CF weight. If the top weren't removable, I'd have to buy the C7 Convertable, but would miss the extra space.

NEVER. Had a 61 Corvette with hardtop back in the 60's and took the top off one afternoon for maybe two hours in the whole 5 years I owned it. My C7 will never have the top off. Wish they didn't have that feature. Much prefer the look of solid smooth roof on a hardtop like the C2 coupe's are.

Just getting back to top off season here When we did the trip to tail of the dragon the top was off all the time up in the mountain roads, loved it. Still though I prefer the coupe over the vert for a variety of reasons. For me the coupe with removable top is perfect.

Took it off once in the last year and a half. Don't have a garage and since it is dusty here with all the vinyards would have to keep the top on most of the time anyway.
