Default Delivery questions...

My car went to 4200 this past Wednesday or Thursday. I was told the car would be at the dealership Friday or Saturday. As of today, it still has not shown up. My salesman has been less than helpful with updates. In fact, he is in Minnesota with the dealership owner so even if the car came in, I'm not sure I could get the deal done until he returns on Tuesday. A couple of questions:

1. Do the trucks deliver on Sundays and holidays? (Labor Day)
2. Do the trucks deliver after business hours? If so, I assume they just leave the keys in a dropbox or something similar.

I'm irked because my wife and I cancelled travel plans for this weekend because we were told the car would be here. Now that we're stuck in town waiting, I am curious if I am wasting my time checking every few hours at the dealership to see if it's been delivered.

Thanks.

It could well be delivered over the weekend but unless the dealership is open it won't be prepped nor will you be able to complete the paperwork to take it home.

Yes to both questions, but as stated dealer has to prep. You need to have them go over the features and as bad as the communication you have had with your salesperson, make him go over all features.

Thanks. If it shows up, I fully expect to wait until Tuesday to take delivery. The reason I'm asking about delivery TO the dealership is because they are forecasting storms in the area the next couple of days and I'd really like to get her inside if possible.

Rain won't hurt it.

Storms in southwest Kansas don't mean rain, they mean hail and 60+ mph winds.

It'll have the shipping cover on it. Nothing except huge hail will hurt it.
