Just guessing, no. To upgrade you need to buy the C7 rear swaybar, bushings, brackets, bolts, and end links. The swaybar comes in at least two different sizes, one that comes on the non-magride Z51 and one for the magride Z51 and Z06.

But if you're going to add the Z51 rear bar, you should also put in the Z51 front bar. It's stiffer than the bar in the base version, and one person who tried doing just the rear bar reported it was not very balanced.

Then had my Chevy Dealer do the install, lower on the stock bolts and finish with a four wheel alignment.
