Welcome package

Hello

I was told by a buddy who bought his C7 about a month before me that after about 2-3 weeks, he received a welcomed package from GM. Is this normal, because its been about 4 week and I have not gotten anything. He said the package contained a day planner, and other neat stuff.

It could be weeks or months to receive. It's not really worthwhile anyway, so you are not missing much.

It was months before mine came, the car was put away for the winter when it did come.

It's only a pouch the color of your interior with a nice book in it.

I hear the best thing in the package is a discount coupon that allows you to take a driving course. I understand it's a pretty neat course from those who have done it.

You are correct, however, one must pay attention to the expiration dates on the document for Spring Mountain it expires about one year after the package was sent.

There is a number you can call to request one if lost or not delivered. I did this several months ago and received mine ('15). Number was listed on one of the threads regarding the leather case.
