Im thinking new grill on the Stingray new standard dash bezel and console finishes and a slightly higher HP base motor. Maybe 15 HP more. I also think new quieter higher output injectors are in the works that will aid in the slightly higher HP. Also look for lane intrusion warning system as an option. I also hear the LT1 could get a name change in 2017 to LT1-HO due to the new revised injector/ intake set up.

Not sure I'd go as far as saying "fact," but I agree with you. If the HP does change, it will more likely be down, to meet new mpg requirements, than up.
