Default Tire sensor question

I just purchased a new 2016 that has silver wheels. Another forum member is waiting for his new car to be delivered but it has black wheels. We plan to swap the wheels with the current tires. Can we do a wheel and tire switch without doing something with the sensors on the wheels. In other words are the sensors unique to the car's ECU? We don't want to have a dash light after the swap. They'll relearn automatically and swap. If they don't, you can find a post by me in the technical section about how to "manual relearn" sensors… But it's a very small amount that cant do it automatically.

I bought a set of Z51 wheels with OEM tires and TPS sensors. Had my tire shop remove the OEM Run-flats and replace with a set of Michelin AS3 tires for esasy swap with my origianl tire and wheel set for cold wether driving. I swap back and forth between Summer OEM Wheel / tire set and the All Season wheel and tire set. The Stingray always picks up the proper signals from the TPS sensors within a few miles of driving after swapping the wheel / tire package. No problems - -
