Which web site do you use for the tracking your corvette order?. I tried http://www.gmconnects.com/ , but I found out that the domain of the website has not been renewed since 9/3/15. Here is the message I got;

Chevy.com and use the chat. You enter your order number and name and they can give you updates. The best updates you can get are from your dealer though. They can access everything through the GM portal.

I tried using the Chevy Chat on that site several times today. The message "waiting for agent" appeared every time, but after "waiting for the agent" approximately ten minutes each time, I clicked out. Maybe I needed to be more patient.

Yeah Chevy chat can be unreliable, because the databases are different. Your dealer has the best information as said above, tell your sales manager, not your salesman, you're going to do a delivery survey and you need information every Monday to give a 100% score, and you want to get a GM workbench report which will show you the code. he doesn't know you know that the survey at this point. He'll sit up straight when you mention it. I got mine every Monday morning in email. Look for this report, and make sure it is in your name, not the dealers name.

gmconnects, despite its name, was never a GM product. It has been worthless for a long time.

The system Chevy Chat uses goes down about 8:30 to 9 every night for updating. It will always be a day late and sometimes more. The server your dealer can access is closer to real time so is more likely to be up to date. That means follow Glen e's suggestion or if you want up dated more often follow Zymurgy's suggestion: contact the dealer when ever you want an update.

If using Glen, I would get the email every Wednesday, but that is just me.

Default Initial OrderWorkbench

I have received my first OrderWorkbench for a 2016 coupe from the dealer. All options are listed except the interior color, Kalahari. Under Trim: IL3 Leather interior, which I believe stands for the Moulan leather. Nowhere do I see the 343 code for the color. Am I missing something?
Thanks,
Don

Received a revised OrderWorkBench from the dealer and all is correct now. Had me worried.
