Took my window sticker to Staples to have it laminated and they were concerned that if it were "thermally printed" it would be discolored by the laminating machine?
Anybody else have an idea or have done it without issue?

Thanks!
Did exactly the same thing last week at Staples. The girl at the counter had the same concern, so we made a color photocopy and laminated the photocopy instead. Looks great, then bought a frame next door at Target and it's proudly displayed on my office wall.
Thanks all, went back and had it laminated! No issues except for wide margin of laminate shows bubbles or the glue, might just trim it. Really just wanted to keep it as pristine so when I sell her or give her to my son (as he is planning) they can have the sticker. The build sheet was torn so that I just folded up and put in the folder...
The Corvette museum laminates window stickers? I know I have had them done before.
Yes they do. However, they are not the original window sticker. Just like when they laminate the build sheets. If you do the buyer's tour you get the real build sheets -- with the smudges and everything.
Had mine done at UPS store. They did not have the full up plastic laminate to cover the entire window sticker so I let them cut it in half and put the two printed sides together back to back and laminate it. Came out good. Got all the information, half the size, easier to store in my car folder.
I had called Hindricks about my car The day after they got it in and they put it in storage before they put the sticker on the window. ... they lamananated it for me , the pull here to expose adhesive tab is still there! I keep it behind the seat and set it on the seat when at a wash and shine, had not thought to put it on the wall...
