Looks like titanium, at least on the Z06 version, and assuming this wasn't changed from 2014 to 2015/2016.

The extra stonk comes from the variable valve timing with intake valves made of titanium

I don't know that they are the same.
I believe the LT4 features solid titanium intake valves as an upgrade from the LT1. The intake valves on the LT1 are hollow and nitrided which is a surface heat treatment... So maybe stainless? Not sure.
