Anybody ever try this stuff? As I peruse the car care sites, I am seeing fewer and fewer polishes and more and more waxes and sealants. I always polish before I seal/wax, so I found this stuff on line and am thinking of giving it a try...

For me, the go to polish for my c7 is Meguires 205.

I never heard of it.

I just searched C7 General since inception and there are no mentions of it. Then I tried the Car Care Forum and nothing after 2011 and most mentions in prior years was just one person in a thread mentioning that they use or have used it but no discussion or agreement or disagreement.

Seems to be an unloved product. Just my conjecture of course.

If this is the same stuff I used in the mid-seventies it's old school. I'm sure if it comes from the same manufacture it has been revised to work with new car finisheses.

But back in the day it made my red Trans Am look great.

Yes, have used Gliptone for many years on our Vipers, especially the detail spray.

GLIPTONE has been around since at least the 70's when i used it a few times.

Been around a long time, you should be fine using it.
