Default Armrest lining bubbling

My arm rest lining is bubbling.

Was wondering if anyone else has had this happen and if they have found a remedy.

Mine did the same. Your dealer will replace it under warranty. They replaced mine and will probably have to do it again. When They replace this one I am going to find a matching aftermarket pad or something to protect it. Or I'll keep making them replace it until warranty runs out.

This was pointed out in a post here about a month or two ago. OP in that post noted what looks like the same issue, then a day later when the car was heated up in the sun, noted that the indent/bubble went away.

If your car is under warranty, have the dealer order you a new one and replace it.

Mine looks like that too, took it to the dealership to have it replaced (along with a fix for the 8 speed and an oil change).

Mine is a 2015 that's 7 months old and has 11k miles. I noticed the issue a couple months/couple thousand miles ago.

What kind of cheap crap is this car made from? 21 Corvettes and I have never seen new Corvettes fall apart like this.

Default My did the same, even the replacement

I had my car for a day, then the saw the indentation and loose material on my center console top cover. I'm lucky to work in the Detroit and have resources available to me. Lear Seating is the Supplier and has know about this issue for at least 18 months. There response is the have to car sit in a "Hot day" to allow the leather to shrink to size. Much of comedian... How about fixing the sizing and fitting of the leather to the component!
