Only 1 tiny problem
After 22 days and about 800 miles, my 16 Z51 MN7 3LT Sting Ray convertible has been absolutely flawless with one very small problem. When the AC blower is on full blast or close to full blast, the center AC vent (the slats that move from left to right) blows closed. This is because those slats are very easy to move. I spoke to the dealer and he said replacing the center vents entails removing the dash. I will live with the problem, for removing and re-installing the dash is just an invitation for problems, such as a squeaky dash.

Mine does this as well....it's really annoying! 
However, it seems like more of a design issue than something that can be fixed by the dealership.
I wonder if there's something solid we can wedge in there to keep the vent fully open?

I'd try something like a tiny dab of clear silicone caulk or RTV on a Q-tip, stick it in between the louvers of the vent, and dab it on one or two of the hinges. Not talking about enough to lock up the vent in one position but just enough to be of a little resistance.
