They're actually cheaper than 3 other companies I got quotes from. Normal coverage, $1,000 deductible.

given variables like age, location, marital startus, coverage amount, driving record, credit record, multiple policy discounts, multiple vehicle discounts and all the other things ins. co.s factor... makes it tough to compare against other people.
is it in line with quotes for you've gotten from other companies?
Low annual mileage = meaning not a "daily driver" = new standard coupe vette can be insured for $500,000 liability and agreed value Phys Dam for slightly less than $700 - annually!!
As a former insurance guy myself, I suggest buying agreed value Phys Dam on a high value vehicle vs. the standard "depreciated value" type of coverage.
Z51 or Z06 models probably a bit higher for both Liab and Phys Dam.
I live near Savannah GA and have a clean MVR.
They require you to show proof of insurance for your daily driver.
Compare that to USAA that quoted me $1,800 and then gave me another quote with a specialty carrier and they were $1,200.
Easy decision to go with a specialty company that understands.

FWIW I have two other vehicles with that company and my total bill is $2100 (14 SUV & 10 4x4 pickup)
I live quite rural in Northern NY (now age 70)l and most companies charge varies depending on where you live and YOUR DRIVING RECORD!

Where I live on the big lake other than summer weekends we have more deer than people up here. Its not if you will hit a deer its when.
2015 sierra denali and 2015 yukon denali are about 500 a year for each, think 470 on one and 520 on the other. I am 47 with good driving record.
Something other than your location, deductible, and driving record that is a huge factor is credit score. I think it makes up about 30% of the basis of the premium.

I elected to go with NCM. My policy decision limits driving to 6K miles/yr, so it is not a daily driver, but the annual premium is $465. 2015 Z51 Coupe, 1LT
When I checked into NCM insurance last year, three mileage tiers, 3K, 6K, and unlimited were available. The difference in the insurance premium between 3K and 6K miles was negligible. It is an easy inquiry.

You can still take a larger deductible of, say. $1,000.
If you spend $75K or more on your vette do you really want the company to tell you its worth just $60 or 55k two years later?
I'm paying $70K for mine and its insured day 1 and day 365 for $70K - not an insurance company's idea of what its worth after I drive it off the lot or 12 months later.
