Default Order status question

I gave my order number to Chevrolet chat for a Z51 with standard roof, both on constraint, and the response was;

The order has been accepted but there is no TPW scheduled at this time.

Does this mean I am at 2000 and the two constraints are no longer a concern?

It means constraints are no longer an issue for your order.

I wouldn't be so certain of that. The word "accepted" is frequently misused by the chat people. It may mean nothing more than your order is at 1100. To be certain, contact your dealer and have them pull your order status. Get the code number so there can be no misunderstanding.

This is exactly correct. Once your event code hits 2000 constraints are no longer a concern but not until then. The only way to know if you've gotten past constraints is to know your event code.

Ask Chevy Chat what your current event code is. They can provide that information M-F but don't have access to it on the weekends. That is how I tracked my order. There is an event code explanation sheet in the stickies on the C7 Forum. You can be stuck at 1100 for a long time as I experienced. Once it goes to 2000 constraints are no longer an issue. I ordered in July 2015 but mine wasn't built until October 2015.

Zymurgy has a good point and it should have occurred to me there are those misusing the term.

For decades one had to talk to their dealer to get progress reports and there is nothing wrong with doing it now. In fact, your dealer can often see status event changes a day before Chevy Chat can see them.

I went through this exact situation last year when my on order Z51 continued to be delayed. I copied the chat event for posterity.
You need the "2000"event code to determine if your order has really been accepted by the plant.

xxxx [5:53 PM]: Please allow me one moment to get this information for you. While I get this information can you please provide your name and phone number?
xxxx [5:57 PM]: At this time your vehicle order has been accepted, and is waiting to be scheduled for a target production week.
[5:58 PM]: What is the code number?
xxxx [5:59 PM]: 1100 is the event code.
