Default C7 Apparel

I wonder why there are so few items with the C7 logo. There are tons of items for the C6. I realize the C7 is newer, but after all it has been out about 2.5 years.

Vendors are losing sales every day, and with Christmas coming they are going to miss even more.

I've seen that GM is just slow to license C7 items, but it seems that is counter productive.

Any thoughts????

My guess is that GM just does not get that much revenue from licensing and as a result they have scaled back.

Just got the new 2016 catalog from Corvette Collection in today's mail and it is loaded with C7 logo items. 35 pages of C7 items, 16 pages of C6 items. Trending C7

Many of the forum vendors have a decent selection of hats, t-shirts, polo shirts and jackets. As does the Corvette Museum. I just wish I could get them in Sunrise Orange.

Plenty of vendors offer C7 apparel - NCM, Mid-America, Ecklers, etc.

Got one of those last year or even 2014, and had just as many C7 stuff, with very little C6

They have been slow in bringing out C7 items. The 3x5 flag with a C7 logo has not been offered yet. There has not been a C7 tin sign for sale either.

I got a 3X5 flag from Amazon with the C7 logo and Corvette Racing across the bottom. Been flying it most of the summer.

I got a Catalog yesterday from the CorvetteCollection.Com....it has NOTHING BUT C7 Officially Licensed apparel & Accessories. I never got this after I purchased my new C6 ....Maybe because I had a Museum Delivery...they passed on my info to this company. Anyway, it is full of c7 STUFF.

One item I haven't found yet is a T-shirt with embroidered C7 flags (as opposed to silk screened). Does anyone here know of one?

Get on Ebay and search for C7 Corvette! Or even Amazon.

No argument there. There are many vendors offering C7 items. The problem is they all offer the same items.

There will be more in time. I got a nice C7 hoodie last Christmas and a Stingray fleece a few months ago.

There are only a few manufacturers of licensed products. As opposed to resellers many. Same issue with H-D officially licensed products. The motor company has gotten extremely greedy over the years.

Most of the stuff is JUNK, I do not need a C7 Mouse, C7 Pens, C7 Briefcase, Running Shoes, Socks or a C7 Beer Glass, I would like to see much more useful and simpler things, like a CREW NECK Sweatshirt, without a hoodie, I am not a C7 gangster, or how about colored T-s (Beefy T's, cotton) with embroidered logos (stingray or flag SMALL) without a back logo the size of the entire back, in long and short sleeve. Just look at what is offered, T shirts with large stingrays and Corvette on the front, made of a thin cheap material which the size is one size smaller then what it states, so a large is really a medium. Most of the colors are boring black or grey. You can get some yellow or if luck you can find a red, but again the material is cheap mixture of rayon and whatever. How about cotton Beefy T's in assorted colors?

I am not running a marathon so I do not need Under Armor or NIKE brands, Polos in a cotton pique material is just fine, but how about more colors and offering the is Cutter Buck Cotton. not that nylon sweat free flimsy material. I wish they would have some good quality long sleeve T's, like the ones the Freestate Corvette Club had for this year at the Ocean City event, with just the small logo.

Fleeces are nice, but too boring, expensive, need more colors and variations.

Wish they would just keep it simple and not plaster the big logo on everything. To many accessories and not enough of the basic clothing items you can actually wear, feel good, and FIT with a true size, not the Continental or European sizes.

You hit the nail on the head with this post!! I agree with every comment you made.

Now, if we could only make your comments and ideas known to someone who could implement them.

The NCM Store has them in yellow. I got an email this AM that they are on sale for $12.95 I think it was.
