C7 Consumer Reports...
WHO CARES... Consumer reports are a rip off. In the past they rated a 2003 (I think the correct year range) Ford Explorer bad but a 2003 Range Rover great...when mechanically pretty much the same. Both ford products sharing same platform. I know, Tata motors, from India, now builds them.
They used to rave about Mazda protégés as being great...but totally dump on a ford escort when they were identical except for ft and rear sheet metal. They rated the 2015 Buick Enclave as outstanding and they trashed the Chevy traverse as wouldn't steer good and all kinds other stuff...when they are the same mechanically..different sheet metal. I dont trust anything they say.
And I certinally didn't start driving corvettes, first in 1971, because of anything they thought.
