We broke out the final 2015 Corvette product statistics below based on the data provided by the National Corvette Museum. However, we also tried to break out the percentage of production. Some of the numbers we got from GM were combined Stingray/Z06 while other options were Stingray only or Z06 only. Wherever possible, we computed the percentages based on either Stingray or Z06 production. If the numbers were combined, the percentages were based on the total production of 34,240 Corvettes for 2015.

That appears to be correct when I added the sales up on my 2014 thread. One thing I don't know is how many months each included. Did the 14 come out early and have more months to accumulate sales than the 15? I don't know the answer, just questioning if that is the case.
Also constraints could be a factor as well? Again just a thought have no numbers to support either theory.

Thanks for posting the breakdown. Interesting to see what was ordered last model year.

You would think more convertibles than coupes. I will never purchase another targa top car especially after owning a C7 convertible. Top is up or down with just a push of the switch, with the C6 targa I took the top off maybe five times each summer. Another surprise is white, such a boring color, l owned a white C4 convertible with a black interior and matching top. After a few months I got tired of the white. Didn't make any difference if you polished it or not, just no sparkle. Wonder what the new color choices are going to be for 2017?

But when I saw that the coupe could do double duty, I went that route. I remove the top, or did before it got cold, almost daily. I have two roofs at that, and call the translucent the winter roof. It takes me about 30 seconds to remove or install it.
I really like ten trunk space..
And I went with white because it isn't glossy. Also why I didn't go with the black wheels. Glossy black wheels put me off. I'm one of the few with the hot looking machine faced wheels.
Just sayin... I find it interesting what people buy. Personally, I can't do gloss or chrome, and I have no idea why those qualities put me off so much.
If GM offered a glossy pearl white only, I would have gone with another color.. FWIW

I have owned only Vert Vettes until the C7 Coupe. But Binky needed a seat so a coupe it was! My first Coupe.
Besides, in the Florida Inferno the top would come down two or three weeks in the spring and in the winter. This year it was just too hot to take it off much at all. Almost December and my AC is still running!
I don't get White being the most popular color either. But to each their own. I guess gone are the days where "All Corvettes are Red"...
