Default Interior LED help

Looking to upgrade my interior lights on my 2015 C7.

I bought the LED strip from Corvettemods.com for my footwell and cargo space for over $44. These LED strips turned out to be just a ad hawk assembly where you buy the roll of LEDs in bulk, cut it down to size and connect the connecting wires which can be done for a few dollars. I am going to return these.

I am looking for straight super bright red LEDS for the footwells and cargo space. By doing this I can just use the factory outlets instead of splicing wires or attaching aftermarket harnesses.

If anyone has upgraded their lights, can you tell me where you go it and what specs the LEDs were? I would like to stay away from corvette parts sellers as I believe their pricing is too high.

OP, check out this link. They sell bulbs for the cargo area too. All plug and play!

I got the footwell led's from RPI and the footwell light isn't the same as the led's in the overhead lights, or the same as you'd need for the trunk and license lights. Those are T10 led's. Here's the fixture that I removed:

The lighting from RPI was about $35 and it was an LED adhesive strip with the correct connector on it, so it was an easy plug and play. Good luck!
